As an experienced recruiter and Director of our firm, I have had the privilege of prescreening, interviewing and moving forward many candidates in the interview process. I have found that being a recruiter involves more than just setting up interviews and making placements. It also involves wearing many different hats, multi-tasking and a lot of teamwork.
